Most agencies charge $15,000–$100,000 for the same scope and take 6–20 weeks.
Why 1–4 weeks is real — and what makes it stay real.
Traditional agencies take 6–20 weeks for the same scope. Not because custom design takes that long. Because they have 6–10 people handing files back and forth, three rounds of internal approval before anything reaches you, and a project manager in between every decision.
KRIBA is built differently. Strategy, design, and implementation run in parallel. There are no handoffs between a designer and a developer because the process doesn't work that way. The result: weeks instead of months, even for an everything-included build.
What keeps the timeline intact: Timelines hold when client content and feedback land on schedule. The leading cause of delays across every agency and freelancer in this industry is waiting on client content and approval — not production. We say this upfront because it's true, and because it makes us partners in the timeline, not the only variable.

Frequently asked questions
Every site is built to spec — your brand, your layout, your content. KRIBA uses no off-the-shelf templates. The AI component accelerates execution (building, testing, optimization); it doesn’t generate a site from a prompt.
Traditional agencies are slow because of how they’re structured — multiple handoffs, internal reviews, client-facing project managers, and sequential phases. KRIBA runs strategy, design, and implementation in parallel, with no handoff overhead between them. The timeline is compressed, not the quality.
Next.js for the frontend, hosted on Vercel or a comparable high-performance platform. Clean, maintainable code you own outright — no platform lock-in, no monthly website builder subscription.
Yes. Once the build is paid, the code, domain, content and accounts are yours. Hosting and care run on a month-to-month SiteCare plan, and if you leave you can take the site anywhere.
Every site we build is hosted with us, so one of three SiteCare plans is required. Maintenance ($100/mo): hosting, SSL, five daily checks, and bug fixes, broken-link fixes and security updates done by us. Growth Insights ($500/mo) adds a monthly plain-English report on what to fix and why. SiteCare AI ($3,000/mo) adds us making the improvements you approve and building new pages on request each month, within a set change budget, with every change logged. Changes beyond routine fixes are scoped and quoted per request. See /sitecare for how it works.
Compare it to the alternative: a freelancer who delivers inconsistently, a DIY site you’re managing yourself, or an agency charging $30,000–$50,000 for the same scope. The estimator will match you to the right scope based on what your business actually needs — not an upsell. If a leaner build fits, you’ll see that reflected in the estimate.
"Simple" usually means "I don’t want a complicated process" — not that your business actually needs a 3-page site with no analytics, no forms, and no booking. The estimator will scope this honestly in about 90 seconds. You might be surprised by what you actually need — or you might confirm that the Starter scope is exactly right.
KRIBA doesn’t produce AI-generated websites. A human directs the strategy, creative, and quality review on every project. AI compresses the production work — the same way CAD software doesn’t make an architect’s building less custom.
